1. Introduction

VibeAds ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by CAI Fount LLC, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered Google Ads management platform, available at getvibeads.com, including our mobile application, hosted landing pages and funnels, call tracking services, and web services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile information (name, email, and profile picture).

2.2 Google Ads Account Data

When you connect your Google Ads account via OAuth 2.0, we access your Google Ads data including campaign information, ad performance metrics, keyword data, search term reports, and account settings. We store OAuth tokens securely to maintain your connection. We only access data necessary to provide the Service.

2.3 Product Images

When you upload or capture product photos, we process these images using AI to generate ad creatives. Images are stored securely in our cloud storage and are associated with your account.

2.4 Call Tracking Data

When you enable AI Call Tracking for your campaigns, we collect and process the following data related to phone calls generated by your ads:

  • Call metadata: Caller phone number, call duration, call timestamps, and call status (answered, missed, voicemail)
  • Call recordings: Audio recordings of calls made to your tracking numbers. A consent announcement is played at the beginning of each call informing callers that the call may be recorded
  • Call transcripts: Automated speech-to-text transcriptions of recorded calls, including speaker diarization (identifying caller vs. business)
  • AI call analysis: AI-generated lead qualification scores (0-100), intent classification, service type extraction, urgency assessment, spam detection, and call summaries
  • Attribution data: Google Click Identifiers (GCLIDs), UTM parameters, and visitor session data used to attribute calls to specific ad clicks

2.5 Lead and CRM Data

When visitors submit forms on your landing pages or funnels, we collect the information they provide, including name, email address, phone number, and responses to form questions. This data is stored in your CRM within the Service and is used to manage leads, send automated emails, and track conversions.

2.6 Demographic and Location Data

When you use AI Demographic Research for campaign targeting, we process publicly available U.S. Census Bureau data (population density and median household income by zip code) to identify qualifying geographic areas for your ads. This is aggregated government data and does not contain any personally identifiable information about individuals.

2.7 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including device information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, features used, and timestamps. This data helps us improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Generate AI-powered ad creatives, campaign strategies, and keyword recommendations
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns on your behalf
  • Display campaign performance analytics and actionable insights
  • Track, record, transcribe, and analyze phone calls generated by your ads to qualify leads and detect spam
  • Upload qualified call conversions to your Google Ads account so that Smart Bidding can optimize for high-quality leads
  • Send automated emails to your leads, including instant confirmation emails and scheduled follow-up drip emails at 24-hour and 72-hour intervals
  • Analyze U.S. Census demographic data to recommend geographic targeting areas for your campaigns
  • Host and serve landing pages and multi-step funnels on your behalf, including A/B test variant routing
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send you service-related communications, including notifications about campaign performance, lead activity, and call outcomes
  • Respond to your requests and provide customer support
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats

4. Call Recording and Consent

When AI Call Tracking is enabled, all inbound calls to your tracking numbers are recorded after an automated consent announcement is played. The announcement informs callers that the call may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By remaining on the line, callers provide implied consent to the recording in accordance with applicable two-party consent laws.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of call recording complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and state wiretapping laws. VibeAds provides the consent announcement to help satisfy two-party consent requirements in all U.S. states, but you should consult with legal counsel regarding compliance in your jurisdiction.

Call recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to you (the account holder) through the Service. Recordings are retained for the duration of your subscription and are deleted within 30 days of account termination.

5. Google Ads API Data Usage

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only access Google Ads data that is necessary to provide and improve the Service
  • We do not sell your Google Ads data to third parties
  • We do not use your Google Ads data for advertising purposes unrelated to the Service
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google Ads data unless required for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or with your explicit consent
  • We may upload offline conversion data (qualified call outcomes with GCLIDs) to your Google Ads account to improve Smart Bidding performance, as authorized by you

6. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • OAuth 2.0 with PKCE (Proof Key for Code Exchange) for secure mobile authentication
  • Encrypted storage of OAuth tokens and sensitive data
  • Row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring data isolation between users
  • No storage of Google credentials on user devices
  • HTTPS encryption for all data transmission between your device and our servers
  • Cross-Account Protection (RISC) integration with Google — we automatically respond to security events on your Google account (e.g., credential changes, account disabling) by revoking stored tokens
  • Call recordings and transcripts are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access restricted to the account holder
  • HMAC-SHA256 signed unsubscribe tokens for secure email opt-out links

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Campaign data and analytics are retained for the duration of your subscription. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

AI-generated content (ad copy, images, landing pages) associated with your account is deleted when you delete your account. Cached keyword research data is automatically purged after 7 days.

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, all call recordings, transcripts, and AI analyses are deleted within 30 days. Lead data collected through your funnels and landing pages is also deleted within 30 days of account termination.

8. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Google Ads API: To create and manage campaigns on your behalf, and to upload offline conversion data (qualified call outcomes), as authorized by you
  • AI Processing: Product images, descriptions, call transcripts, and business information are sent to third-party AI services (Google Gemini) to generate ad creatives, images, campaign strategies, landing pages, email templates, and call analysis scores. These services process data according to their own privacy policies
  • Telephony Services: Call tracking is provided through Twilio. Twilio processes call routing, recording, and telephony services on our behalf. Twilio processes data according to its own privacy policy
  • Speech-to-Text Transcription: Call recordings are transcribed by Deepgram, a third-party speech recognition service. Deepgram processes audio data according to its own privacy policy
  • Email Delivery: Automated emails (lead confirmations and follow-up drip emails) are sent through Resend, a third-party email delivery service. Resend processes recipient email addresses and email content according to its own privacy policy
  • Hosting and CDN: Landing pages and funnels are served through Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes visitor request data (IP addresses, headers) according to its own privacy policy
  • Analytics: We provision per-user Google Tag Manager containers and Google Analytics 4 properties to track funnel conversions and ad performance. These Google services operate under Google's privacy policy
  • Payment Processing: Payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our hosted landing pages and funnels use cookies for the following purposes:

  • A/B Testing: A cookie is set to consistently route visitors to the same funnel variant during A/B tests
  • Call Attribution: Session cookies are used to associate phone calls with the ad click (GCLID) that brought the visitor to your landing page
  • Google Tag Manager and Analytics: Per-user GTM containers and GA4 properties may set cookies for conversion tracking and analytics. These operate under Google's cookie policies
  • Retargeting Pixels: If you configure Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or LinkedIn Insight Tag through the Service, these third-party services may set their own cookies on your landing pages

We implement Google Consent Mode v2 on all hosted landing pages to respect visitor consent preferences.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data, including call recordings, transcripts, and lead data
  • Revoke Google Ads access at any time through your Google Account settings or through the VibeAds app
  • Disable call recording or call tracking for specific campaigns at any time
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

Your leads (callers and form submitters) can unsubscribe from automated follow-up emails at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link included in every email.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes are effective when they are posted on this page.
